You're welcome to read, link to, and share this site. Please don't copy it wholesale, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our names and marks
The Huckleberry Co., SealedApply, CohortHouse, and our logos (including Huck) belong to Huckleberry Co. LLC. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.
Ideas you send us
We love hearing ideas through Build with us. Unless we sign a separate agreement, sending us an idea doesn't create a partnership or an obligation for either of us, and we may already be working on something similar.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee it's complete or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
